Answer. NEET is for government colleges and all private colleges in the country. AIIMS is for all institutes that come under the 'AIIMS' bracket- there are a total of 7 universities, AIIMS Delhi being the oldest and most renowed. As for difficulty of the exam, AIIMS is less NCERT based and NEET is more NCERT based.
