6 Answers found. Sure, One with Open Degree (Degree pursued in Distance Mode) is eligible to Apply for All Government Jobs since the same is considered at par with the degree pursued in Regular Mode. UPSC exam is not an exception and Distance degree holders are eligible to give the same.
