You can safely rely on HC Verma and/or Resinck Halliday as both books have stood the test of time. The problems is IE Irodov are little complex and you need to master the concepts before attempting them. Always keep in mind that many problems in Irodov beyond the syllabus and complexity level of JEE.
Is IE Irodov and HC Verma enough for JEE Advanced?
Yes, ofcourse they are 'enough' for adv. ,the thing is that you have to complete them from in-text questions to the last question in both the books. Now I don't need you to tell the sequence. But along with all that I suggest to solve PYQs when you complete with H.C.V before jumping to irodov .
Which is better DC Pandey or Irodov?
D C Pandey has a huge question bank which can polish your problem solving speed and accuracy. You can directly skip to Irodov if you have very strong command on the subject. The issue with Irodov is that it does not target JEE unlike the other two.

I don't think so... because questions are not asked in jee mains of that level...it's a bit more comlex and tough book which can be used to prepare for jee advanced. For jee mains i think,NCERT and HC VERMA are more than enough for it's preparation.
